Help [UPDATED]

Okay I have been really stupid. I trod on my phone and now it's cracked. The touch screen is unresponsive, and all I can do is swipe up, and swipe down. I already cut myself trying -___- Since I can't put my pin in, I decided to try and factory reset it using that button shortcut (volume up, volume down and power simultaneously) , and now I am stuck on a screen with a lighting bolt and a cog. The model is a microsoft lumia 535 (I think) with windows 10. Does literally anyone know what to do and where I should repair the screen, since there are no microsoft stores near me.

I am now off the lighting bolt screen but my phone didn't reset at all -____- Gonna try again
